Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and creative SEO Executive to join their growing digital marketing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring digital marketers, marketing graduates, content creators, and SEO professionals looking to develop their careers in search engine optimisation. Full training and ongoing development will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with a passion for SEO and digital marketing.

As an SEO Executive, you'll help improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, optimise content, and support digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research to identify new SEO opportunities.
  • Optimise website pages for search engines and user experience.
  • Create and update SEO-friendly content.
  • Monitor website rankings and organic traffic performance.
  • Perform competitor and backlink analysis.
  • Support technical SEO improvements.
  • Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to measure performance.
  • Prepare SEO reports and present key insights.
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Passion for SEO and digital marketing.
  • Good understanding of search engine optimisation principles.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Knowledge of keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is beneficial.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is advantageous.
  • Marketing qualification, degree, or relevant experience is beneficial.
  • Commercial SEO experience is not essential – full training provided.
