About the Role
We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing SEO team. Working closely with our SEO Lead, alongside other SEO Executives and Specialists, you'll play a key role in planning and implementing effective SEO campaigns for our clients.
This role is suited to someone with solid, hands-on SEO experience who is ready to hit the ground running and make a real impact in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients across various industries
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for client growth
- Optimise website content, metadata, and technical elements to improve search engine rankings
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, content marketing, and relationship building
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- Conduct technical SEO audits and work with our development team to implement recommendations through SiteBulb
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with the wider team on content creation and digital marketing strategies
- Communicate progress and results to clients through regular reports and updates

Requirements
- Agency applicants: Minimum 2 years of experience in a dedicated SEO role within an agency environment
- In-house applicants: Minimum 4 years of experience in a dedicated SEO role (experience in a general marketing role does not meet this requirement)
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitive analysis techniques
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how websites are structured
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a passion for digital marketing and continuous learning

Bonus Points If You Have
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or Tag Manager
- Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Kontent.ai
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript as it relates to SEO
