As search evolves beyond traditional engines, you’ll support SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) initiatives across a portfolio of leading healthcare and pharmaceutical brands.
Working closely with Medcomms, Data, and Client Services teams, you’ll:
- Improve clients’ visibility across traditional search engines (Google) and AI-powered platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
- Analyse search behaviours, trends, and data to deliver actionable recommendations
You’ll be someone who:

- Excels in a fast-growing specialist agency environment
What You’ll Do
SEO Responsibilities
- Support technical SEO audits and implementation of recommendations
- Assist with keyword and topic research for healthcare/pharma websites
- Identify content opportunities to boost organic visibility
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and search performance (using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics)
- Support internal linking, metadata, and on-page optimisation projects
- Conduct competitor analysis and search landscape reviews
Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
- Audit how brands appear in AI-powered search experiences
- Monitor AI visibility on platforms:
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
- Identify content gaps improving AI discoverability
- Analyse how large language models (LLMs) reference healthcare content
- Develop collaborative content recommendations for better AI visibility
- Stay updated on AI search trends and generative experiences

Reporting & Insights
- Contribute to client reports and performance dashboards
- Analyse SEO/GEO data to spot trends and opportunities
- Translate insights into clear actionable recommendations for clients
- Support client presentations and strategy discussions
Client & Team Support
- Attend client meetings alongside senior team members
- Prepare presentations, recommendations, and strategic reviews
- Collaborate with Medcomms, Data, and Client Services
- Share ideas to improve SEO & GEO products & processes
Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in search marketing and emerging AI technologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, tools like Tableau, or performance data
- Eager to learn and develop in a specialist healthcare environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise
Note: Strong preference for candidates with technical SEO knowledge or healthcare digital marketing experience.
The Pay Range
£35,000–£40,000 per year (for this London-based role).
