The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded SEO Manager to lead the Organic Search strategy across our growing portfolio of brands including Katie Loxton, Joma Jewellery, Katie Loxton Inc. and A Littles & Co.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of organic growth across both traditional and emerging search channels. Working closely with our Marketing and Ecommerce teams, you’ll play a key role in driving visibility, improving user experience, and unlocking opportunities to increase traffic, engagement and conversion.
As SEO Manager, you’ll make an impact by combing technical expertise with creative content thinking and data-led decision making to help our brands continue to grow globally. From identifying growth opportunities and improving technical site health to exploring AI Search and Social Search visibility, you’ll be at the forefront of evolving search trends and innovation.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, bringing fresh ideas, analytical thinking and a proactive approach to driving performance.
The role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. You'll enjoy the variation of the exciting buzz of our stunning head office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days.

How You'll Contribute
Organic Search Strategy & Growth
- Create and deliver the Organic Search strategy across Katie Loxton, Joma Jewellery, Katie Loxton Inc. and A Littles & Co. to maximise search visibility, traffic and revenue growth
- Drive visibility growth across both traditional search and emerging channels including AI Search and Social Search
- Identify new opportunities to improve acquisition, search performance and conversion through data-led insights and testing
- Complete regular keyword, trend and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision making and identify opportunities for growth
- Regularly report on Organic Search performance, sharing actionable insights and measuring the effectiveness of implementations and testing

Technical SEO & Website Optimisation
- Audit and maintain strong technical SEO hygiene across all websites, proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact visibility, traffic or user experience
- Work closely with Ecommerce teams to improve site structure, indexation, crawlability, site speed, Core Web Vitals and schema implementation
- Audit, manage and maintain site-wide landing pages to identify opportunities for optimisation, reduce duplication and improve content quality
- Support A/B testing and user research initiatives to improve customer journey performance and conversion rates
Content & Collaboration
- Own the SEO content strategy, driving growth through enhanced category and content coverage while identifying opportunities to optimise existing content performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Brand and Marketing teams to enhance customer journeys and improve user experience
- Work with Brand teams to identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and increase brand citations across authoritative publications
- Share search trends, consumer insights and competitor activity with wider teams to support commercial and marketing decision making
- Support and manage direct reports, encouraging development and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture
The Talent You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a dedicated SEO role, ideally within Ecommerce, retail, fashion or lifestyle brands
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including site audits, crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema markup and Core Web Vitals
- Experienced in keyword research, content optimisation and competitor analysis
- Strong understanding of SEO and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions, insights and results
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to Senior Management and cross-functional teams
- Up to date knowledge of Google algorithm changes, search trends and SEO best practice
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
- Proactive, organised and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about Ecommerce, digital growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
