About the Role
LCap Group is seeking a commercially minded SEO Manager to lead the transformation of organic search performance across a portfolio of high-growth businesses.
This is not a traditional SEO role.
We are looking for someone who combines deep technical SEO expertise, strong on-site content optimisation capabilities, and a modern understanding of how search is evolving through AI Overviews, Large Language Models (LLMs), generative search experiences and entity-based search.

You will be responsible for improving search visibility, organic traffic, pipeline generation and authority across multiple websites, whilst leveraging AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, content optimisation and execution.
Working closely with content, web development, UX, CRM, and commercial teams, you will build scalable organic growth programmes that improve discoverability across both traditional search engines and AI-driven search experiences.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience in SEO, organic growth or digital performance marketing.
- Strong technical SEO expertise.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Screaming Frog
- SEMrush
- Google Search Console
- GA4
- Site auditing platforms
- Experience managing CMS environments including:
- WordPress
- HubSpot CMS
- Umbraco
- Sitecore
- Similar enterprise CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- Information architecture
- Internal linking strategies
- Topic clusters
- Semantic SEO
- Structured data
- Core Web Vitals
- Experience partnering with developers and UX teams.
- Proven ability to translate SEO activity into commercial outcomes.
