We're working exclusively with a well-established consumer services brand that is looking to appoint an experienced SEO Manager to lead its organic search strategy and support continued growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll take ownership of the organic search roadmap, identify opportunities for growth, and work collaboratively with a range of internal teams to improve website performance, customer engagement, and online visibility.

Leading a team of SEO Executives Content Writers ensuring all content is high quality, search-optimised, and aligned with brand standards, customer needs, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a long-term organic search strategy that supports business growth.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase organic visibility, website traffic, and customer acquisition.
  • Using search insights and data to influence content planning and website improvements.
  • Working alongside technical and digital teams to improve website performance, user experience, and search accessibility.
  • Managing and developing a small content team, providing coaching, guidance, and clear direction.
  • Reviewing SEO performance and using analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with marketing, digital, commercial, and customer-focused teams to ensure organic activity supports wider business priorities.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in search, ensuring the business remains aligned with current best practice.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Proven experience leading SEO strategy and content delivery within a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content strategy.
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how SEO contributes to business growth and marketing efficiency.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple teams.
