Full-Time – £35,000-£50,000 (UK Based)
👋 Who We Are
We are Searchflex, a high-performance ecommerce search agency. We don’t do generic SEO. We build full ecom search systems (CheckoutOS) for D2C brands doing £50k–£10M/month, focused on profit, clarity, and control. We’re expanding – and we’re hiring someone smart, reliable, and technical to take ownership of SEO execution.
🎯 Role Overview
You’ll work closely with the director to help deliver our SEO strategy and performance roadmap across multiple WordPress and Shopify ecommerce brands. You’ll help turn SEO audits and growth plans into real-world improvements, owning execution across site health, discoverability, performance, and conversion optimisation.
You’ll be responsible for improving how ecommerce sites perform in search by fixing underlying issues, supporting content strategy, and ensuring SEO best practices are properly implemented across the site.
You’ll follow the strategy we develop together – and take ownership of making sure it’s delivered to a high standard across multiple brands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
