SEO Specialist
Location: Cheshire
Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Support continued development of the brand's SEO roadmap and strategy across multiple websites.
- Perform keyword research for all brands and key markets and define ranking approach and strategy for each brand.
- Undertake technical, link, and content audits to identify and address performance issues and optimization opportunities.
- Research and implement SEO and Content strategies, understanding how content affects organic rankings and traffic.
- Work with the wider Digital team to ensure SEO focus across digital campaigns.
- Report on the effectiveness of SEO and identification of problem areas that may affect search engine rankings.
- Maintain awareness of the industry and competitor’s activity to develop informed strategies.
- Support other internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed, including Digital, Development, and Content.

- Successful track record within SEO with an agency or in-house.
- Deep knowledge of SEO and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search, GA4, keyword monitoring tools.
- Demonstrable success in SEO planning and understanding of SEO best practice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
