SEO Specialist
Hybrid working (up to 2 days WFH)
Join one of the UK’s top-performing digital agencies and help deliver SEO campaigns that don’t just rank – they win awards.
We work with household names across e-commerce, fashion, automotive and more, and our results regularly get recognised on the industry stage. As a team that embraces innovation, we’re already exploring how AI SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) are reshaping the future of search – and we’re looking for someone ready to help us lead that charge.
At MRS, you’ll be part of a collaborative, award-winning agency (and yes, as a Google Premier Partner we’re in the top 3% of agencies in the UK) – but more importantly, you’ll join a team that values experimentation, ownership and ideas that make a real difference.
We’re looking for a talented and ambitious SEO Specialist to join our growing organic search team. If you want the opportunity to deepen your expertise, embrace AI-driven change, and deliver work that gets noticed – this is it.
What you’ll be doing as our SEO Specialist
You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering performance-driven SEO strategies for a diverse client base. From technical audits to keyword strategies and content optimisation, you’ll help drive measurable growth – while keeping pace with the latest developments in AI SEO and GEO.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why join MRS?

We’re collaborative, ambitious and proud to say that most of our best ideas come from the team – not the top.
