About Ink Digital

Ink Digital is an SEO-first agency built around sprint-based delivery and clear communication. We work with premium brands and considered purchase businesses across travel, hospitality, and B2B. Our model combines strong strategy with a delivery team that supports implementation, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on SEO work and seeing recommendations through into action.

The role

The SEO Specialist is a delivery-focused role centred around the hands-on implementation of SEO activity across client accounts. This person will be responsible for completing core SEO work, supporting account optimisation, and helping turn strategy into action.

The role is designed for someone who enjoys the practical side of SEO from on-page recommendations and technical fixes through to reporting and performance analysis.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build depth in SEO delivery, continue developing their technical and strategic skills, and progress over time into more senior or strategic roles if desired.

What success looks like in the first 90 days

  • Settle into the sprint delivery model and understand how SEO work is prioritised across accounts.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day delivery on assigned accounts and complete work to a high standard.
  • Support account performance through strong implementation across technical, content, and on-page SEO tasks.
  • Produce clear and accurate reporting insights to support account optimisation.
  • Build confidence in identifying issues, opportunities, and next steps independently.
  • Develop a strong understanding of internal standards, templates, and best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
