About the Role
As SEO Specialist, you'll plan, deliver, and develop SEO strategies across a portfolio of brochure and e-commerce websites. You’ll work with clients, developers, designers, and content teams to embed SEO throughout discovery, website builds, migrations, ongoing optimization, and growth.

Responsibilities
- Own and deliver SEO strategies for multiple clients across brochure and e-commerce websites.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and oversee implementation across different platforms and content management systems.
- Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent mapping to guide content and site structure.
- Work with developers to apply SEO best practices during website builds, migrations, and platform upgrades.
- Optimize on-page elements, content, and internal linking to improve organic visibility and performance.
- Support e-commerce SEO across product pages, category pages, faceted navigation, and pagination.
- Monitor performance and provide clients with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Serve as an SEO point of contact for clients, managing expectations and explaining complex topics clearly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering successful SEO strategies in a digital agency environment.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple CMS and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities effectively.
- Results-focused approach centered on measurable performance and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across development, design, content, and client teams.
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Magento/Adobe Commerce, or Craft CMS is beneficial.
- Experience with complex website migrations or replatforming projects is beneficial.
- Knowledge of CRO, UX, paid media, or mentoring junior SEO team members is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary of £35,000-£40,000 per year.
- Performance-based KPI bonus.
