Description

Fulwell Entertainment is a global entertainment company built from the merger of The SpringHill Company and Fulwell 73. We develop and produce premium content across television, film, digital, audio, and branded entertainment with one mission: to make things people love. Our work spans culture-defining series, groundbreaking documentaries, live events, and platform-shaping formats—all rooted in the belief that great storytelling earns attention, drives impact, and lives everywhere audiences do.

Recent projects include the Mind the Game with LeBron James and Steve Nash, The Kardashians (Hulu), Emmy-winning The Shop, Starting 5 (Netflix), Delta’s 100th Anniversary at The Sphere, The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl (Disney), Plastic Surgery Rewind (E! and Peacock), Top Boy (Netflix), Hustle (Netflix), and the LA 2028 Olympics handover ceremony featuring Tom Cruise. Fulwell is the right place if you’re ready to work hard on ambitious, creatively driven projects and want to grow in an environment that’s adapting with the industry—not chasing it. This is a company for people who like to be in it—hands on, sleeves rolled, and all the way engaged.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
