Serious Injury Paralegal

An established and highly regarded claimant law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Serious Injury team in Manchester.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to support a team handling complex, high-value serious injury claims. You will play a key role in assisting fee earners on matters involving catastrophic and life-altering injuries, gaining exposure to high-quality work in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the management of a caseload of serious injury claims
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel and third parties
  • Reviewing medical records, evidence and case documentation
  • Supporting the preparation of cases for negotiation and litigation
  • Providing general administrative and legal support to the team
