Serious Injury Solicitor

Manchester - 2 days from office
Legal 500
£Salary DOE

We're looking for a Serious Injury Team Leader to head up a team of 3–4 fee earners handling high-value, high-profile Serious and Catastrophic Injury cases.

You will work closely with clients who have been impacted by catastrophic injuries including brain injuries, spinal injuries, and serious orthopaedic injuries.

What you'll do

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of junior lawyers
  • Own file supervision and quality control across the caseload
  • Be the first port of call for case queries, liability, and quantum advice
  • Guide the team through Multi-Track work with confidence
  • Keep on top of regulatory change and train the team accordingly
  • Play an active role in business development

What you'll bring

  • Qualified Solicitor (CILEX or SRA)
  • A track record running high value multi-track cases with values from £500,000 upwards
  • Mentorship or supervisory experience
  • Experience dealing with catastrophic and serious injury matters
