What You'll Do
- Greet guests and deliver fast, friendly, accurate service
- Take and enter orders clearly; coordinate with kitchen
- Run food and drinks quickly and correctly
- Upsell specials, combos, and high-margin items
- Guide guests with recommendations and suggestive selling
- Promote Denny’s Rewards Program (earn points, perks, offers)
- Keep dining area clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Process payments (cash, card, digital)
- Support team flow with FOH and BOH
What We’re Looking For
- Server / waitstaff / customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident upselling and guest engagement
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- 18+ with nights/weekends/holiday availability
