Requirements
- If you love hospitality, enjoy chatting with people, and take pride in making guests feel welcome, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.
- You don’t need loads of experience – just a positive attitude, a smile, and a genuine love for hospitality.
- If you enjoy working with people and being part of a buzzing restaurant team, we’d love to welcome you to Frankie & Benny’s.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, friendly, and memorable service to every guest.
- Be the face of the restaurant—bringing energy, personality, and fun to the floor.
- Guide guests through our menu and help them find their new favourites.
- Work as part of a team that supports each other and celebrates wins together.
- Share your ideas—we love fresh thinking and open conversations.
