GAUCHO Senior Waiter – Manchester
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Waiter to join our GAUCHO Manchester Team.
The ideal Senior Waiter will:

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver an unforgettable GAUCHO dining experience
- Be the face of GAUCHO, embodying service excellence while following the GAUCHO steps of service and standards
- Strengthen product knowledge to host tables and guide guests with menu choices
Sales & Operations
- Assist the management team in maximising sales revenue by driving covers and average spend per head
- Process orders professionally, accurately, and efficiently to deliver a smooth service
- Help maintain a clean, organised restaurant, adhering to set-up and breakdown procedures
