Servers / Waiter / Waitress
You’ll run your section with confidence and care. You’ll welcome guests, take orders accurately, and guide them through the food and drink menu with genuine knowledge. You’ll communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth and consistent. You’ll understand pace. When to move things along and when to let the table settle. you’ll keep an eye on the details. Water topped up. Plates cleared at the right time. It’s about creating a seamless service that feels relaxed but sharp.
Requirements
- Experience in a quality pub or restaurant environment
- Passion for London’s restaurant scene and a genuine interest in where food and wine culture is heading
- A love of amazing food and great wine, and the confidence to talk about both naturally
- Calm, organised service under pressure
- Clear communication with both guests and back of house
- A warm, natural approach to hospitality
