Role Overview
As a Service Account Manager, you will be the primary service contact for Group Secretaries and Intermediaries, managing a broad range of policy administration and service-related activities for corporate clients.
You own the delivery of policy renewals, including implementation of agreed changes, member movements, and ongoing policy administration. As the first point of escalation for complex service enquiries, you will investigate issues, provide timely resolutions, and deliver clear, professional advice to clients and intermediaries.
Working closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Claims, Finance, and Operations, you will build strong relationships, ensure a high standard of service delivery, and contribute to client retention through a proactive and customer-focused approach.
You will also handle policy administration and service enquiries for non-corporate groups from brokers or other group secretaries, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience across all interactions.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
