Salary: £28,000 basic salary with OTE of £30,000 + excellent company benefits

Service Administrator

At Vertu Renault & Nissan Bradford, we're looking for a Service Administrator to join our successful Aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of one of the UK's leading motor retailers, where your contribution will be valued and your career development supported every step of the way.

About The Role

As a key member of our Service Department, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of our aftersales operation. Working closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Accounts and Management teams, you'll help deliver an exceptional experience for both customers and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Preparing and processing service jobs for invoicing
  • Submitting completed invoiced jobs accurately and efficiently
  • Processing warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements
  • Assisting customers with queries and providing excellent service
  • Supporting the Accounts team with service-related payments
  • Updating repair costs through the vehicle health check process
  • Maintaining strong working relationships across the dealership and manufacturer network
  • Providing administrative support to the Service team when required

About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with systems and data. You'll be a strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Ideally, You'll Have

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong data entry and record management abilities
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and positive approach to work

Experience within the motor trade and knowledge of Kerridge/CDK systems would be advantageous, but is not essential.
