Service Administrator - Scania Eurocentral

Fixed Term Contract

  • Duration: circa 14 months (dependant on start date)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00

Salary & Benefits: £27,205 per annum plus increased holidays (28 days + public holidays). Additionally, the package includes:

About the Role

Scania’s Eurocentral branch is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Service Administrator. This key position involves managing daily financial operations, working closely with branch staff, credit control, and internal departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly and open manner using the company’s standard greeting
  • Invoice and monitor branch work in progress
  • Verify campaigns are fully completed and costed correctly
  • Adhere to all credit control policy and procedures
  • Accurately cost warranty, retail, repair, and maintenance operations to company standards
  • Provide fully priced estimates for repairs and ensure required authorisation
  • Audit job cards, documentation, and customer defect procedures for accuracy and compliance with policies
  • Resolve invoice queries promptly
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as required
  • Escalate all customer complaints to the manager for prompt resolution
