Supporting a wide range of hospitality and commercial customers, we undertake everything from reactive maintenance and compliance works through to refurbishment and construction projects within live pubs, hotels, restaurants, and commercial environments. We’re proud of our practical, hands-on culture and directly employed workforce, with in-house builders, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, roofers, and specialist trades delivering high-quality work safely and professionally.
About the role
Hi-Tech Property Services are seeking a Service Administration Apprentice to support our Service Delivery team in helping to manage the delivery of our planned, responsive repair contracts to a broad section of clients including Local Authority, Defence Infrastructure, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.

You will work as part of the team to deliver a first-class support service to our team and customers. As you progress in the role you will learn and develop further IT, administration, business, and communications skills.
You will interact with a wider range of other Hi-Tech team members in the business, our suppliers and customers which will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and commercial skills further.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general office procedures and functions.
- Answering the phone to team members, suppliers, and customers.
- Data input/entry of key information into the company’s system.
- Update internal systems with job progress and completion data.
- Provide excellent customer service, ownership, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Support the Service Delivery team in managing the delivery of planned and responsive repairs, and M&E services across the full customer base.
- Maintain and follow company procedures and SOPs.
- Be flexible and proactive, assisting your manager, team, and customers with a variety of tasks related to the role.
- Your responsibilities may change to meet the business need as the Company may reasonably require.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and customer relationship skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Great attention to detail, works accurately and efficiently.
- Strong IT skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong drive to complete tasks and support the wider team.
