Service Administrator – BMW / MINI Ashford
A vacancy has arisen for a Service Administrator to join our busy BMW / MINI dealership in Ashford. You will be responsible for processing invoices, accurately maintaining the database, making and receiving calls, and assisting the Service team as required. Your standard hours of work will be 42.5 hours per week, including some Saturdays on a rota.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be organised and efficient with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a keen eye for detail. You must be a good team player, self-motivated and confident using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. We are looking for candidates with plenty of admin experience, ideally within the motor trade, and experience of using Kerridge would be an advantage.
