We are looking for a Band 3 Administrator to work with us in our Surrey & Borders NHS Foundation Trust’s Adult Neurodevelopmental Service, supporting patients from Surrey, Frimley & NE Hants.

Role Description
You will need to be an enthusiastic and resourceful person, an excellent communicator who is well organised, self-motivated, and able to work to their own initiative and as part of a team.
Applicants should have a demonstrable background in administrative support roles, be able to work under pressure, and also enjoy working within a team environment.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal skills who can work well on their own initiative and as part of a team.
The role requires someone who is highly organised with good customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will provide support to the Clinical Team providing extensive secretarial and administrative support and be responsible for the effective management and efficient working of non-clinical aspects of the service in accordance with all Trust policies and procedures.

The successful candidate should have a recognised administrative qualification and/or proven level of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an NHS environment. This position is suitable for a highly motivated team player who is able to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Surrey is a beautiful county lying just 30 minutes away from Central London and from the South Coast. Our historic market towns and bustling districts are enveloped in wonderful countryside, and our excellent road and rail networks bring the rest of the country within easy reach. For international travel, both Gatwick and Heathrow airports are nearby.
