Service Administrator - Scania Eurocentral

Fixed Term Contract - Duration circa 14 months (dependant on start date)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30 and 1 in 4 Saturday’s 08:00 – 12:00

Salary: £27,205 plus an excellent benefits package, including:

Scania have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Eurocentral. As Service Administrator, you will be a key team member, responsible for the day to day costing for the branch. You will work closely with all branch staff, credit control, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone in a friendly and open manner using the company standard greeting.
  • Invoice and control branch work in progress.
  • Check the system to ensure campaigns are completed and costed correctly.
  • Work within credit control policy and procedures.
  • Carry out the costing on warranty, retail, repair and maintenance to company standards.
  • Supply fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorised where required.
  • Audit job cards, associated service documentation and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures.
  • Resolve and assist in invoice queries as and when necessary.
  • Assist with other administration duties as required.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are escalated to the manager ensuring the quickest resolution possible.
