The Recruitment Solution presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to strengthen our client’s busy dealership-based in Norfolk.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering a first-class service to all customers. This position aligns with the company’s 50-year commitment to exceptional service and delivering fantastic value for money, ensuring both new and existing customers continue to benefit from a trusted, high-quality experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service within a franchise dealership front-of-house environment
- Maintain strong administration and customer-facing skills
- Contribute positively to Kerridge dealership operations
- RTC and One Link experience would be beneficial (but not essential)
Requirements
- Essential:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar front-of-house role in a franchise dealership
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with RTC and One Link systems
