We are offering a £33,213.05 basic salary plus company benefits.
The Role
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
You will be responsible for:
- Setting customer expectations
- Keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle
- Upselling additional products
- Following up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out

Requirements
For this role, we are looking for you to have previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance, and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.
Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
