What’s On Offer

About The Role
You’ll act as the link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring that every interaction is clear, supportive, and stress-free. From welcoming customers and setting expectations, to keeping them updated and making sure they leave happy with the service they’ve received, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include
Managing customer communication throughout the service or repair process Clearly setting expectations and providing timely updates Advising on additional products or services that may benefit the customer Meeting targets while maintaining exceptional service levels Following up to ensure customers are fully satisfied with their experience
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, it’s essential that you have:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry A full UK driving licence
