Vertu Toyota Worksop
We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our brilliant team at Vertu Toyota Worksop. If you want to build your career with one of the UK’s leading motor retailers, this is a fantastic opportunity to get stuck in and grow.
You’ll also support our Parts Department two days per week, gaining broader experience across aftersales and adding real value to the team.
We’re offering a £33,000 basic salary plus a strong benefits package.
Hours
- Monday–Friday 8am–6pm
- Alternate Saturday mornings: 8.30am – 12.30pm
About The Role
The Service Advisor role plays a key part in ensuring every customer has a positive, clear and supportive experience. You’ll act as the connection between our customers and our workshop team—helping people feel informed, valued and confident throughout their visit.

What You’ll Be Doing
Service Advisor duties:
- Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
- Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services in a helpful way
- Following up to ensure a great customer experience
Parts Support (2 Days Per Week)
- Handling inbound parts enquiries via phone and online platforms
- Accurately identifying and sourcing parts
- Keeping product knowledge up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Motor trade experience (ideally service, aftersales or front of house)
- Full UK driving licence (manual & automatic)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Confidence using systems and working towards targets
