About Us
Mayfield Ford Lincoln is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in Brampton. We are proud to be part of The Humberview Group, which represents 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.
About the Role
Our Service Advisors are the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. They advise customers on the necessary services and routine maintenance required for their vehicles. The role also involves:
- Advising on other available services
- Booking appointments
- Building lasting customer relationships
Compensation
- Base salary + commission
- Range: $50,000 to $100,000 a year

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and conduct detailed vehicle walk-arounds
- Provide professional recommendations on required repairs, maintenance, and preventative services
- Manage repair estimate timelines, shop loading, and service scheduling
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Advise customers on car care and the value of maintaining their vehicles
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related questions
- Monitor the progress of repair orders and provide timely updates
- Handle telephone inquiries and return phone messages promptly
- Additional duties as assigned
What We Look For
- A great attitude
- Customer service experience required
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record required
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building focus
- Experience with CDK is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Skilled communicator (written and oral)
- Able to resolve conflict
- Experience with the Ford brand is considered an asset
- Desire to achieve the best in customer service and teamwork
