The Opportunity
Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Service Advisor to join the team at Bolton Toyota.
Pay Rate: $70,000–$110,000
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer service and sales in the Service Department
- Greet customers via phone or inperson at the Dealership
- Offer repair recommendations and explain the nature of maintenance/work required
- Guide customers on how to maintain their vehicles properly
- Schedule service appointments
- Sell recommended labour and services to customers
- Ensure a memorable, extraordinary experience for every customer
Requirements & Qualifications
- CDK experience (preferred)
- Strong ability for customer relations and service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to upsell and convince customers of necessary maintenance
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
