RPM Technik is one of the UK’s leading independent Porsche specialists, renowned for our exceptional service, sales, restoration, upgrades, and track day support. We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated to providing outstanding experiences for Porsche enthusiasts. Established in 2001, the company employs 30 staff members.

To support our growth plans, we are recruiting a Service Advisor to collaborate with the Service Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at an independently owned Porsche specialist.

Role Overview

As Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the daily running of our Retail Workshop. This is a hands-on position that involves close collaboration with Technicians, Parts Managers, and the Front-of-House team to ensure a seamless Client journey and workshop efficiency.

You will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction, delivering clear and accurate estimates, managing CRM bookings, and supporting both service and parts operations. This varied and rewarding role offers excellent scope for someone looking to develop their career within a highly respected independent Porsche specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue detailed and simplified estimates, including VHC (Vehicle Health Check) findings.
  • Manage CRM system for proactive Client bookings (e.g. winter servicing campaigns).
  • Welcome and assist Clients on service drop-offs, ensuring excellent client engagement.
  • Provide front desk and telephone coverage during holiday periods and lunch breaks.
  • Perform administrative tasks and produce invoices as required.
  • Attend and contribute to daily morning team meetings.
  • Report to the Aftersales Manager
  • Ensure all vehicle repair and service work is delivered within legal, safety, and best-practice guidelines.
  • Help maintain and enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as an automotive service advisor is essential.
  • Knowledge of the Porsche brand and models is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience using Dragon2000 DMS or similar dealer management systems is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, client-focused attitude.
