Join Sandicliffe as a Service Advisor
At Sandicliffe, we believe great customer service starts with great people. We're looking for a customer-focused, organised, and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Leicester dealership and become a key part of our Aftersales team.
As the link between our customers and workshop, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection. Whether you're an experienced Service Advisor or have strong customer service experience and are looking for your next career move, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle servicing and repair needs.
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers informed throughout the repair journey.
- Explaining work required, providing quotations, and gaining customer approval.
- Liaising with technicians and the wider Aftersales team to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Managing customer queries professionally and resolving issues with empathy and care.
- Processing service documentation and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Identifying opportunities for additional products and services that add value to customers.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Customer Service, Customer Care within Automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude.
- Confidence using computer systems and administrative processes.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
