About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and excellent customer experiences within a premium car dealership:
The ideal candidate will have: ✔ Main dealer experience in a similar role ✔ Exceptional customer service skills ✔ Upselling ability ✔ Strong administrative experience

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Welcome, assist, and book in customers
- Handle vehicle bookings and job cards
- Obtain authorisations for service work
- Liaise with the workshop team for progress updates
- Process courtesy cars via One Link
- Perform costing, invoicing, and customer handovers
- Upsell services and products to enhance customer satisfaction
This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a customer-centric attitude!
Requirements
✨ Must-haves:
- Experience within a car dealership service team
- Demonstrated ability in customer service and admin tasks
- Familiarity with RTC, One Link, and Kerridge systems (advantageous)
