Basic salary: £33,270.49, plus an excellent benefits package.
Why this role is important
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face and trusted point of contact for our customers. From booking vehicles in to keeping customers informed and supported throughout their visit, you’ll play a vital role in making sure every experience is smooth, professional, and positive.
You’ll work closely with our workshop team, ensuring clear communication and building strong, lasting customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding customers through their vehicle service or repair journey
- Using Kerridge to manage bookings, job progress, and customer records
- Identifying and recommending additional products or services where appropriate
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Motor trade experience, ideally in a service or aftersales environment
- A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
- Confidence communicating with customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm in a busy environment
- A proactive approach to targets, time management, and customer care
