Service Advisor – Poole Audi
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the team at Poole Audi, where you will serve as the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering exceptional aftersales service and support.
You will provide expert advice, keep customers informed throughout the service and repair process, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to premium quality.
Responsibilities
- Act as the principal point of contact for customers throughout their service and repair journey.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of customer vehicles while in the workshop.
- Explain vehicle faults and repair recommendations clearly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to upsell essential and urgent repairs for the benefit of the customer.
- Deliver a premium customer experience, aligning with our brand and vehicle standards.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively while pursuing positive resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in line with company procedures.
Requirements
You will thrive as a Service Advisor if you are:
- A confident, driven individual with a strong work ethic.
- Capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating resilience under pressure.
- Doesn’t have previous experience within a main dealer aftersales operation (essential).
- Skilled in excellent customer service and communication.
- Proven ability to deal professionally and effectively with customers under varying conditions.

Hours & Essential Qualifications
- Standard working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Saturday rota: Two consecutive Saturdays followed by four weeks off.
- A valid full driving licence is essential (use of a manual and automatic vehicle required on occasion).
