Service Advisor – Vertu BMW Bridgwater
Role Overview
Salary: £31,597 Basic (plus excellent benefits) Join one of the UK’s leading motor retailers as an experienced Customer Service Professional in a premium dealership environment.
Vertu BMW Bridgwater is expanding its Aftersales team and is looking for a passionate individual to enhance their incredible customer service offerings. This role offers real career progression, industry-leading training, and a supportive team culture.

About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of the aftersales experience, ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional, and premium service from start to finish.
You’ll act as the key customer-workshop liaison, coordinating appointments and ensuring a flawless experience while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
- Keeping customers informed throughout service/repair processes
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products services (ethically & professionally)
- Delivering world-class customer experience at every interaction
- Following up to ensure complete customer satisfaction and repeat business

Essential Requirements:
- Proven customer-facing experience (critical)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapid rapport
- A proactive, organised, and result-driven attitude
- Customer service & on the roadside/dealership comfort desired
Preferred/Desirable Experience:
- Prior Service Advisor or automotive industry experience
- Cognitive ability to handle fast-paced environments
