Location: Hyundai Stockport
Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful Aftersales team at Holdcroft Motor Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
As the face of our service department, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient, and enjoyable experience throughout their aftersales journey.

Your Role:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the vehicle servicing and repair process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge
- Identify opportunities to maximise service sales through additional products, services, and repair recommendations
- Manage customer bookings, enquiries, and service updates efficiently and professionally
- Ensure all systems, records, and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Work closely with technicians and the wider Aftersales team to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Maintain a highly organised workload while delivering exceptional attention to detail
- Support colleagues and contribute positively during busy periods

About You:
- Has previous experience within the automotive industry
- Has experience in a customer-facing environment
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident using computer systems and technology
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Can effectively manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
- Has a customer-first approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Works well independently and as part of a team
