Service Advisor | Aftersales Advisor

Location: Volvo, Hanley

Salary: OTE: £33,000

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department, ensuring every customer has a smooth and excellent journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maximising Service Sales: Use your exceptional communication skills to confidently upsell additional products, services, and repair work. Customer Support: Deliver product knowledge and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of care. System Management: Ensure all systems and documentation are completed with high accuracy, maintaining a well-organised workflow.

Automotive Experience: Knowledge and experience within the automotive industry is essential. Customer-Facing Skills: Proven experience in a busy customer-facing role. IT Literate: The ability to use various company systems with confidence. Team Player: A willingness to support your team during busy and challenging periods. Organisational Skills: The ability to manage your workload efficiently and with excellent attention to detail.
