🚗 Drive Your Career Forward with the Holdcroft Academy Service Advisor Apprenticeship
Looking to kick-start your career in the automotive industry? Whether you're leaving school or looking for a fresh start, the Holdcroft Academy is looking for its next generation of Service Advisors.
No previous automotive experience is needed—just a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Get
- £8.00 per hour for the first 12 months of your apprenticeship, with excellent opportunities to progress and increase your earnings upon successful completion
- A nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
- All training delivered in-house – no college travel required

What You'll Learn
- Delivering outstanding customer service face-to-face and over the telephone
- Booking vehicle services, repairs and MOTs
- Supporting customers throughout their vehicle journey
- Using dealership management systems
- Parts identification, ordering and stock management
- Working closely with technicians and the wider dealership team
- Building the skills needed for a successful career in the motor industry

What We're Looking For
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Friendly, professional and organised
- Confident communicator with good IT skills
- Passionate about customer service
- Keen to learn and develop
- A full UK driving licence is an advantage (or a willingness to obtain one when eligible)

A Note for Parents & Guardians
We understand that moving from education into the workplace is a big step. That's why every Holdcroft Academy apprentice receives support from both a dedicated apprenticeship coach and an experienced dealership mentor throughout the programme.
Training is delivered within our dealerships, giving apprentices real-world experience in a safe, professional environment while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship—all without the need to travel to an external college.
