About the Role

At Tesla, our Service Advisors consistently coordinate a seamless experience for customers servicing their vehicles. They form Tesla’s front line and act as our brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and ambitious professional to handle administrative and customer service tasks. The Service Advisor role ensures a positive customer journey by managing back-of-house processes effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide effective and courteous service to all visitors, customers, and employees
  • Prioritise multiple tasks, manage workflows, meet deadlines, and support management requests
  • Collaborate with local body shops to gather estimated completion dates and assess repair quality and turnaround times
  • Create purchase orders to expedite third-party repairs
  • Support the workshop team by communicating with customers during vehicle servicing and ensuring timely responses
  • Proactively manage unscheduled appointments and optimise workshop diaries to improve efficiency
  • Oversee loan vehicle administration, including appointments, maintenance, distribution, and returns
  • Conduct loan vehicle audits and track account receivables for site-specific vehicles
  • Chase outstanding balances related to vehicle transactions
  • Assist customers with queries, bookings, and vehicle education as needed
  • Deliver an excellent daily experience for Tesla customers

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Exceptional customer service and soft skills—assisting ambassadors interact positively
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and efficiently multi-task under pressure
  • A creative mindset capable of problem-solving and innovating new approaches
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Strong adaptability, working well under pressure and with diverse personalities
  • Positive relationship-building skills to foster teamwork
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office packages
  • Valid driver’s licence (minimum 2 years’ experience)
