About The Role
An ideal candidate will be able to perform as a key member of a Service Advisor team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Deal with customers professionally, embodying a first-class standard representing the Service Department.
- Address customer queries—a deep knowledge transfer or consultation is non-negotiable.
- Book in vehicles for workshop repairs and advise customers of their vehicles' progress through booking systems.
- Foster strong client relationships—trust and clear communication are crucial.
- Efficiency and attention to details when managing countless activities simultaneously.
Requirements
- Valid, clean driving licence (ensuring compliance with company travel policies).
- Customer service-oriented; a genuine juicy personality for maintaining, creating and sustaining one-to-one connections.
- Experience in the automotive industry prioritised but not an hard-box necessity (flex to training standards) if the candidate aligns with our ditzy, friendly, and fearless mindset.

Additional Conditions and Offerings
Work Hours
- Weeklyaverage = 42 hours, accommodating rosters to include some Saturdays due to site demands.
