Role Overview
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 42 hours per week
- Weekdays: 8am to 6pm (with one early finish per week)
- Saturdays: 8am to 2pm (rotated basis)
Salary: OTE up to £38,000 (uncapped), with a basic salary of £32,000 per annum

Mercy Accounts Acton Limited is recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join their thriving Aftersales Team on-site.
About the Role
As part of our friendly aftersales team at Brighton Mercedes-Benz, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring customers receive a first-class experience every day. Reporting to our aftersales manager, we’ll tailor your development to enhance your expertise and foster a bright career within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Booking MOTs, services, and repairs for customers
- Advising customers on warranty coverage and upselling relevant additional parts/accessories for their benefit
- Co-ordinating with the entire Aftersales team to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volume
- Managing high workloads daily, including handling telephone calls and online booking inquiries
- Updating customers on turnaround times while maintaining clear communication throughout the repair process
- Maintaining and updating customer records through the appropriate systems after meetings and bookings

Characteristics & Requirements
To excel as a Service Advisor, you’ll need:
Essential Attributes:
- High energy, adaptability, and naturally warm, engaging personality
- Unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information for clarity
Experience Preference:
- Experience working in a similar role within the automotive industry is highly valued
- Familiarity with dealer management systems (preferably Kerridge or ADP) is advantageous

- Outstanding teambuilder, yet capable of working independently and applying initiative
- Developable professional conduct with a passion for customer-focused attention to detail
