About the Role

We are eager to recruit a Service Advisor for a chance to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing motor groups. This fantastic opportunity allows you to build your customer service skills and become a top performer in the field.

Average Daily Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer interactions (communication, consultations, and updates)
  • Identify and address customer service needs with clear agreements on work and timelines
  • Coordinate with workshop teams to confirm vehicle completion times; update customers proactively
  • Conduct visual damage assessments on courtesy or customer vehicles
  • Process payments and issue invoices to clients
  • Handle complaints professionally, adhering to company policies
  • Maintain smooth handover and administrative processes for customer vehicles
  • Deliver high-quality customer advice and resolve issues efficiently, via in-person, phone, or email correspondence
  • Ensure timely achievement of company objectives

About You

We’re seeking candidates with:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, committed to exceeding expectations
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Service Advisor (training available for unfamiliar systems)
  • Preferable familiarity with RTC & Kerridge/ADP systems (but willing to learn)
  • Hyper-attentive to detail
  • Strong time management and workload prioritisation skills
  • Enthusiasm for professional development, including manufacturer training courses
  • Competence in ICT, maths, and English
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a highly proactive team
