Service Advisor
Service Advisor – OMODA/JAECOO, Newcastle
About the Role
Our Service Advisors are responsible for delivering and sustaining exceptional customer experiences for all our service and vehicle repair customers.
We’re looking for a warm, articulate communicator who can provide top-tier treatment to customers—whether it’s the start of a busy Monday or the end of a Friday afternoon.
This customer-facing role is ideal for someone with proven experience in customer service, who thrives on exceeding expectations and creating positive outcomes.
Hours (Full-Time Role)
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Repairs
- Handle all customer inquiries for service and vehicle repairs efficiently and professionally
- Liaise with the workshop and bodyshop to track progress
- Manage computer-based job processes, purchasing, and invoicing

Customer Communication & Assurance
- Inform customers of any vehicle faults or repairs with clear and accurate solutions
- Respond to dissatisfied customers with empathy, reassuring them issues will be resolved
- Maintain detailed vehicle records, including service history

Upselling & Compliance
- Promote aftersales products and services where appropriate
- Ensure the customer database remains updated and accurate

Essential Requirements
✅ A genuine passion for outstanding customer service ✅ Ability to quickly resolve issues efficiently and professionally ✅ Strong computer literacy (IT systems, software experience) ✅ Multi-tasking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment ✅ Clear communication skills – ability to explain technical details simply ✅ Strong organisation – balancing customer needs with workshop capacity ✅ Ability to work within established processes ✅ Core administration skills (accurate data capture) ✅ Full UK driving licence
