We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at our Preston dealership.
The Role
The role of Service Advisor is the public face of the aftersales department, and you will be providing a working relationship between service customers and the workshop department, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Other Responsibilities For The Role Are
- Dealing with necessary paperwork
- Preserving a high level of housekeeping at all times
- Maintaining communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is being serviced/repaired
- Processing payments and follow-up actions

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in the motor industry and/or Service Advisor role
- No specific qualifications needed
- A good level of computer literacy
- A keen eye for detail
- Someone who has a passion to make things work – keep moving forward to reach the finish line every day
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure

When I Join The Team, What Will I Get In Return?
- A salary of between £25,500 and £27,000 basic (based on experience) and up to a very realistic and uncapped £32,000 OTE per year
