Salary: £30,000 Basic | OTE: £38,000+
Location: Reading
Hours: Monday to Friday
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and professional dealership in Reading. This is a customer-focused role offering a great work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours and strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process.
- Booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing, maintenance, and repair work.
- Providing accurate updates on vehicle progress and managing customer expectations.
- Preparing job cards and ensuring all required information is recorded accurately.
- Liaising closely with the workshop team to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally.
- Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using dealership management systems and computer software.
- Full UK driving licence.
