Service Advisor – Suzuki Keighley

Join our family-run business in the Automotive Market (AM) top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners. This is a fabulous opportunity for ambitious, driven individuals passionate about providing world-class customer service.

Salary & OTE: Basic salary: £26,780.13 Maximum achievable OTE: £37,948.13 per annum

About You

We’re looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, busy team environment. Key characteristics include:

  • Customer-centric mindset – building relationships and maintaining clear communication
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Professional demeanour – creating a positive first impression in every interaction

Key Responsibilities

The Service Advisor will:

  • Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to all customers
  • Be the first point of contact for vehicle bookings and technical enquiries
  • Advise customers on technical queries and vehicle progress
  • Maintain hyginic standards and ensure neat presentation of workwear

What We Offer

  • Holiday entitlement: 30 days per year (including Bank Holidays) + increases with service

Hours

  • Week 1 (Monday to Friday): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Week 2 (Monday to Friday): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Requirements:

  • Current valid clean driving licence
