£31,000 - £33,750 basic salary depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits
At Vertu Toyota Loughborough, we're looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful and well-established team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the UK's leading motor retailers, where you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to our customers.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop team. More than just managing bookings and repairs, you'll build trusted relationships, provide expert guidance, and ensure every customer receives a first-class service from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Welcoming customers and understanding their servicing and repair requirements.
- Managing customer expectations and keeping them updated throughout their vehicle's journey.
- Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team.
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services that genuinely benefit the customer.
- Following up after completion of work to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the team in achieving high levels of customer service and performance targets.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a customer-facing role who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
You'll Be
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help people.
- Organised and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven to achieve both customer satisfaction and business targets.
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a busy team.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive industry would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. If you have a strong customer service background and are looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
