Job Overview
Location: Bolton, UK (onsite, 5 days) Position: Full-time, Permanent (shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off) Timeframe: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM Work Location: Bolton Office – BL6 4SA
We are looking for a Fleet Service Advisor to join our team under the guidance of the Call Centre Manager and Fleet Service Supervisors.

Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding KPIs and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound calls to the Customer Service Centre within KPIs
- Prioritise workflow efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets
- Ensure on-time delivery, product excellence, and full adherence to customer requirements
- Build close collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal teams to optimise work allocation
- Guarantee all customer KPIs and SLA targets are met for every request
- Provide flexible support to the management team for ad-hoc tasks and service centre requests
- Ensure warranty materials are issued to suppliers within reasonable timescales.
- Make accurate decisions regarding vehicle disposition and placement, maintaining cost control
- Oversee the logistical movement of broken-down vehicles and replacement spare parts to meet KPI and SLA deadlines.
- Chase suppliers for the timely completion of work, ensuring VOR compliance with KPI targets
- Update job records and systems to reflect status accurately, and maintain customer communication regarding repair timelines
- Respond professionally to customer queries in a timely and courteous manner

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal correspondence
- Basic proficiency in computer systems; a working knowledge of Karridge or R2C is preferable
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to remain adaptable and motivated
- A professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Proactive problem-solving abilities for both internal and external customer issues
- Commitment to ontof-the-clock availability under the shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
